Our Services

AR API (Auto Reports API) provides vehicle data API services including:

• Vehicle registration lookups and verification
• MOT history and status checks
• Vehicle tax status information
• Mileage history and verification
• Vehicle valuation estimates

We strive to provide accurate data but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy as data is sourced from third-party providers and government databases.

User Accounts

To access our API services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

User Obligations

When using our services, you agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Resell or redistribute our data without authorisation
• Use automated systems to scrape or harvest data beyond API limits
• Violate any applicable data protection laws

API Usage

Your use of our API is subject to the following conditions:

• API keys must be kept confidential and not shared

• Excessive failed requests may result in temporary suspension

Payment Terms

For paid subscription plans:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by AR Auto Intelligence and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our services without explicit written permission.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Abuse of our services or systems

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
